Security services background check


Once an applicant has been deemed appropriate for employment and eventual assignment to a client
location, our company will conduct a thorough pre-employment background investigation. Rest assured,
no one will be tendered a job offer with our company until the following information is compiled. We do backgrounds separately on a fee basis on the prospective employees of our clients and we screen our employees just as thoroughly as those of large corporations and government agencies. We are proud to
say that this rigorous screening and selection process assures our clients that each and every one of our
officers is well qualified for the job.

The investigation, covering a minimum of five years, includes the following:

  • Employment and work history reviewed for a minimum of the last five years.
  • Criminal Records Check
  • Personal and Developed References Checked
  • DMV Records Check for Mobile Patrol Officers
  • Credit and Civil Records Check where applicable
  • Pre Employment Drug Screen may be administered where allowed by law
  • Multiple interviews with management to ensure proper placement
  • Valid State of California Guard Card Registration and Fingerprint check required at time of application.
